Sushi
I love to put my years of high end sushi experience to use by bringing a multi course sushi party or sushi class to your home. I am able to purchase fresh fish from a national purveyor locally, from the dock to your door.

Pasta
Handmade pasta is really a labor of love and it shows in the end result. Get ready to have your tastebuds delighted with a multi coursed Italian themed dinner. Or allow me to provide you with a class to show you how easy it is to do at home with basic equipment.

Multi Course Dinner
We can do anything from 3 courses to 20 if you feel so inclined. My specialty best lies in "international small plates" and I enjoy picking a cuisine style to build off of. Including Mexican/ Southwest, Asian, Italian, French, New American/ Gastropub, and Avant Garde.
